We've had a great time here! It snowed today, which added something special to the end of our stay here in Beijing. We traveled to Cloisonne Factory,The Great Wall of China, a Jade Factory, and The Bird's nest. We spent the evening together with our other two families and are excited to reunite on Friday in Guangzhou with 3 little ones! We will also meet up with our other Bethany family. Please keep all of us in your prayers as we begin new chapters in our lives this week! I will try and post pictures as soon as possible tomorrow with the new Jordan 3!

Getting snow was "cool". But can't hardly wait till tonight!!!!!! The long awaited "delivery" arrives!! YAYAYAYAY!!
ReplyDeleteExcited to see Jordan number 3. Praying for all 3 of u. We love u.
ReplyDeleteSo very excited for you!!!!!!!! Love u!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo awesome to see snow there! I ran into Dollar Tree in Orlando yesterday while on my lunch break and there was a Chinese mom and her little girl in there. The little girl looked to be all of 3. She was walking around the store with these huge yellow sun glasses on...it was SO cute! I just wanted to grab her and squeeze her because she looked just like Mykena in her passport picture you showed me but I didn't want the lady to start screaming thinking I was tryng to kidnap her daughter. Needless to say I will be buying Mykena some huge yellow sun glasses for her to wear this summer!!
ReplyDeleteAs we celebrated sanctity of life this morning in church I couldn't help but think of your precious Mykena! The first part of Jeremiah 1:5 states, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart..." No doubt that while she was being created God had already chosen to set her apart for you and Scott. Oh, I am truly overwhelmed with the thought of you three meeting for the first time. Praying that the spirit will intercede and create an immediate bond, and that God's love will overflow through you as you continue to open your hearts to one of His precious little ones. Love ya'll and are continually praying!
